how do you react to changes?

..sometimes things in our lives drastically change in an instant. when you're unceremoniously thrown out of your comfort zone, what is your first reaction?

I don't like getting out of my comfort zone. I realize it is a necessity, but it takes me a little while to think things through. I do always try to find something I will like about the new situation, and let that be my motivation to accept the change.

i dont react well with change im a creature of habit i suppose.
