I have DeskJet 930c which behaves the same as yours if I interrupt a print in progress to try to change paper feed or pull a partially printed sheet out when it seems to have stalled. First remove paper from feed tray, then click on the little printer icon at the bottom of your screen; on the popup options menu click on delete all printer jobs-make sure your printer is on. Once all printer tasks are cleared, shut off the printer, then restart your computer. Refill the paper tray and turn on the printer- it should be cleared and back to normal.

Your computer thinks it is printing to a different printer. Make sure that printer is selected in your print options. That should fix it. If not:
Make sure you have the right printer driver installed.

sounds like the drivers have been damaged or the spooler in windows is damage this is the software the transfers the info to the printer.
i would advise reinstalling the software for the printer using the cd. but first unistall the software, from add/remove programs in control pannel via the start menu.
hope this helps

Sounds like you need to reload the drivers on the computer or reset the machine by totally disconnecting it from the power and then letting it sit a few and plugging it back in.

Sounds like your problem is an incorrect driver.
Uninstall it (from Control Panel/Printers) and reinstall it with the correct software and/or drivers.

unplug the printer, let it sit for about a minute and plug it back it, don't just turn it off, unplug it. also., restart your computer to clear out your printer memory. After all is said and done you should be all set.
