I have a lot of problems with my feet, my ankles swell up and my toes start cramping up so I put my legs up as much as I can...when I am sitting down I remove my shoes/socks, and frequently stretch my leg out in front of me, rotate my ankle and spread and wiggle my toes. I pretty much do it non stop when my legs are hurting, and it always helps...I feel so relaxed when I stretch out my toes

all the time, sometimes I take my shoes off at work and walk around in my stocking feet, I am behind a counter and no body sees my feet so i really do not care what people think.
