i am planning to have a breast surgery and iam still not sure what size should i go for. any sugestion?

Here are alittle details about me Iam 25 5'5 and i weight 107lb.

You sound like you have a very small, petite frame to me. I would not go higher than a C cup, otherwise they would look unnatural and jordan-ish. At the consultation at the clinic, some offer a digital picture on the PC showing you what you will look like according to which size you chose. Most will charge, in which case you keep the pic, or if they don't charge you will only get to see it on the screen, not take it home. This stops people going to other clinics with the picture and asking for the size. You also have to think about the type of implant (silicon, saline etc) and the shape (circular, dome-shaped), as this will affect how the size appears.

Lot's of people on here will try to put you off, but they're only thinking of the extreme cases, where women get G cups. The truth is, larger breasts are sexier, fill out clothes better and are more feminine. They'll give your confidence a great boost!

It all depends what you are to start with. You cannot go from a AA to a DD. If you are starting with AA or A, I would suggest a full B or small C, that is taking into account your frame. You do not want your bust measurement to be disproportionate to your hip measurement, or they will look unnatural. Take care : )

If I were going to do something like that, I would consider how clothes would fit. Put on your favorite shirt or dress. What size breasts would look best?
You could buy a few bras in different cup sizes and see what looks best.

AS A MOTHER OF 4, I FINALLY HAD MINE DONE 5 YEARS AGO. ALTHOUGH I THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD DO SOMETHING SPECTACULAR FOR ME, I WAS WRONG. THE FIRST 5 MONTHS I WORE ZIP UP SWEAT-SHIRTS. I GUESS YOU CAN SAY FOR SOME STRANGE REASON, I WAS ASHAMED OF MYSELF. I DON'T KNOW WHY. ALL THROUGH MY LIFE THUS FAR, I WAS AS FLAT AS AN OLD TIRE ON A BIKE, & WORSE, AFTER HAVING 4 GIRLS, I WAS EVEN FLATTER IF YOU CAN IMAGINE THAT. I WAS NOW GROWING INADVERTANLY. IT WAS SUCH A DISSAPOINTMENT. I COULDNT EVEN BREAST FEED EVEN IF I WANTED TO. THEY WOULD HAVE DIED FROM STARVATION NO THANKS TO ME. ANYWAY, GETTING ANY KIND OF BREAST WAS MY MISSION. FOR YEARS I RESEARCHED DOCTORS UNTIL I CALLED HIS OFFICE ENOUGH TIMES WITH SO MUCH QUESTIONS, THEY GAVE ME MY OWN NUMBER TO CALL IN TO. J/K.!!
HOWEVER, GOD KNOWS WHAT IS BEST FOR US. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY ATHLETIC, & MY HUSBAND& I WORK OUT TOGETHER, NOW WITH THESE SUCKERS, CAN'T DO NEARLY AS MUCH AS I USE TO IN THAT SENSE, & AT 38 WITH 4 DAUGHTERS, TRYING TO TO PLAY SPORTS WITH THEM, OR SHOWING THEM CERTAIN THINGS, I CANNOT MONUVER LIKE I USE TO BECAUSE MY TWO PALS ARE ALWAYS HANGING AROUND. ( NO, THEY DON'T HANG)
BUT REALLY, MY BEST ADVICE, PLEASE, PLEASE, WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE CHILDREN. I WAS THE ONLY ONE OUT OF 7 FRIENDS THAT WAITED, & BOY WAS I THANKFUL. EVERYOTHER FRIEND AFTER GIVING BIRTH OR DURING THERE PREGNANCY HAD A CHALLENGE WITH EITHER A LEAK, THE FILLED BAG ROTATED WHILE FEEDING HER BABY & ENDED UP WITH A DEFORMED BREAST., THE LIST GOES ON. YOUR BODY NEEDS TO BE IN ITS NATURAL STATE WHEN IN BABY MODE. ANYTHING FOREIGN BESIDES THE BABY HAS A GREAT CHANCE OF BEING REJECTED BY THE BODY. BESIDES, YOU MIGHT BE ONE OF THOSE LUCKY ONES AND DEVELOP EVEN LARGER FRIENDS AFTER CONCEIVING.
WHEN YOU FINALLY HAVE DECIDED, " OK, NO MORE BABIES", THEN MAKE THAT DECISION. BUT SERIOUSLY, DELAY GRATIFICATION FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR PRECIOUS LITTLE ONES, & YOUR PRECIOUS BODY. YOU'LL BE EXTATIC THAT YOU DID. NOT ONLY THAT, YOU'LL BE A TOTALLY HOT MOM!!!

You didn't say what size you are at present but I would think that anything larger than a 36C would look too fake for your height and size. Smaller than that is ok to but it depends on the look that you are going for.

What size are you now? That's the size you should stay. Take it from someone who is naturally DD, they are nothing more then a pain in the neck, back and shoulders.

B-C, although a C will look huge on you. It also may not look right. You doctor should have software that will project what you will probably look like.
