Well, since your friend is 17. it is acceptable fro him to date a few years younger, preferably 15 and 16 years old. However, dating a 11-14 year old is wrong fro two reasons:
1) he is emotionally to a point where all he wants his sex, and most 11-13 year olds aren't emotionally ready for sex
2) in most states, 17 is considered a legal adult. Therefore, if he sleeps with a 13 year old and her parents call the police, he could go to jail for rape and sodomy.
Your friend needs to date around his own age. Besides, in 4 years he will be 21, and if his streak continues, he'll only want 15-20 year olds.

anyone finding someone that is more than 2 years younger than them has a problem.
My guess is he was assulted sexually around the age of 11 and has fixated on that age and can't get beyond it. He really needs to get into counceling right away as even though he is only 17 in some states doing things with an 11 year old is rape.

At that age, I can understand liking someone a year or two younger than you. But 11, that is very strange. Tell him he is a pervert and to grow up.

Obviously he is a pervert if he likes girls as young as 11. Come on that is nasty. Them girls haven't even went through or are barley entering puberty. He also knows that girls that young are naive and he can get away with alot with them. So you are right they are all too young for him. I would say just be his friends if you must, but don't let it go any further. He's sick.

he is a predatory child molester ... keep in mind that children under 14 or 15 dont have the maturity to make rational decisions and are easily influenced by a suave older boy ... they are more concerned about peer influence than independent thinking and tend to make bad choices because of the peer pressure or perceived prestige of dating an "older man" ... face facts, your friend is a player and dates the young ones because the ones his own age are on to him ... while you may not think he is a pervert, what he s doing is perverted and selfish for his own gratification, he does not love or probably even like these girls, he is just taking advantage of their naivety and using them

11-14 are way to young for him... He needs help if he is thinking about acting on any of his urges. He should be looking at girls his own age.
