what is ring dried magnesium sulphate?

This chemical is used in Pharmaceutical, food & drink industry either as active or excipient. It is also used in some chemical related industries. it has a potential for absorbing and retaining water hence needed to be dried before usage in dry products. The above question is a method of drying this chemical. Please explain.

MgSO4 is used to dry solvents after extractions. It gets hydrated (epsom salts)

Its dried over P2O5.
