This has happened to me recently and now I am miserable trying to forget this other man. I love my husband very much and would never cheat on him. We are very close. So why am I feeling mixed emotions of guilt and misery for another guy that I seemed to have instant chemistry with? Why would life throw me that curve ball? It seems so unfair that I should be faced with this when all I try to do is live a good life.

I believe that temptation is installed in all of us in order to test your discipline or your faith.
With most things in life, we are given a choice... to do or not to do, but often one of those choices rewards more in some fashion, than the other. But sometimes, the one that's more rewarding is also frowned upon by some form of law, either social or moral.
I believe temptation kicks in, in order to determine how deep is your faith in your religion or your love toward your mate. If we give in to temptation, then I guess we're not as Christian as we thought or as dedicated to our marriage as we thought.

Everyone gets the curveball sweety!! That is why it is called "temptation". It is there to test the foundation of your marriage and you as an individual. Don't dwell on someone you have a great chemistry with, but do not let it interfere with your marriage . In other words if you know that there is a strong attraction then you will will need to decide if this person is truly worth finding out if there is something there or possibly hurting you spouse thru infidelity. The choice will always be yours. You can live a good life but do try to remember that you made a commitment to God, your familiy and his family to hold a union as husband and wife. If the man(hubby) is treating you well then hey do not worry about the other guy. **Remember that the grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence,. Take care and nourish your own and you will see that it looks just as good as the other side.

Temptation? your having a laugh surely, either that or your stuck in relgious dogma and cultrual myth believing that relationship is suppossed to look a particular way! Attraction is not a choice, married or not we get bored and men get impotent from emotional mental violence (ask any man). Clearly your bored with more of the same old, same old, like any "normal" human being gets and requires new mental stimulation. Who told you relationships was supposed to last forever anyway? Could it be thay when we dont get any more growth we move on and its the religious dogma that keeps us stuck? Now look at the evidence of the divorce statistics that should tell you all you need to know and validate the above. You could still have the realtionship and extra mariital sex if you set it up correctly, i'm sure your husband would like a bit of fresh too, like all people who can be blatently honest! and not living in denial. You only live once and lifes not a rehersal, so go for it before you become past the sell by date and lay there in the last 20 mins of your life regreting all the things you never did!

Life is a very complicated thing. Love is a wide and winding road with many twists and turns. How else can you learn to value what you have and keep from taking it for granted if there are not temptations and problems along the way. I think it is perfectly normal for married people to develop crushes. After all, to some degree the lust factor over time in a marriage does fade. It is not a bad thing, just a scientific fact based upon a chemical reaction that occurs when you first fall in love with someone. Over time you meet other people who could if you were single be potential matches for you...these people trigger that chemical reaction and you find your self longing for those old feelings. The key is as you have done is to realize what you have and not pursue a relationship with that person. Over time your feelings for them will fade, but it takes awhile.

What you have is much more precious than the other could give you. Alot of marriages don't have the love between each other as you have. Their are many tests in life that make you have to think about what you have and how blessed you are. You know the saying, the grass is not always greener on the other side..... You don't know this person like you do your husband. He could be a closet alcoholic, or pedifile, or a variety of different things. Feel blessed and live your life to the happiest.

There are probably hundreds of thousands of people that you would be compatible or attracted with besides your husband. Occaisonnally you will run across one of those people. Maybe in another dimension that person is your husband. If you ever give in to the temptation of being with a husband who is not right for this dimension then you could upset the time continuim and all of this world would be lost. Be careful!

When you have the answer let me know. I am in a similar sitution but only in reverse I am deeply and intensely attracted to a married man. I always had a rule not to ever mess with a married man but I am so tempted. Temptations are like little life test, it's up to you to pass or fail. Good Luck.

I look at it like this: "I still got it!" I have a wonderful marriage and the thought of another person taking his place is not even an option!

So, you hit it off with another man......there was some karma.....you have a great personality and your friendly. BUT YOUR MARRIED!

If you are happily married like you said....you wouldn't be thinking about this other person.

Think about the situation if the shoe was on the other foot?

It's normal. You are human. just discuss it with your husband and i am sure you both will have a big laugh. No woman or man should put any control over something like this. Just make sure you don't cross the line. You have no reason to do that.

you've charm instantly in the direction of the eyes (sight) yet not on the different 4 senses. he or she might want to look wonderful in spite of the undeniable fact that the way he or she communicates for your ears (listening to) might want to suck. they could scent (nostril) large or in basic terms easy stink. The outsiders can make your heart a lot extra happier than your spouse does yet they received't love you as a lot as your totally compatible spouse does. i imagine you would possibly want to discover some different person that could want to supercede you very personal spouse in such quite some approaches yet its your own decision to be sure even if to stay which includes him or her or leave.
