Allow 20 mins. Bakerloo line from Piccadilly Circus to Paddington direct. The tube starts to close at around midnight. Last trains vary, but I would not risk travelling after 11:45pm. The last train information is avaliable at the stations, so check first.

the tube close at night but there are a lot of night buses in oxford street near soho goes to paddinghton anyway you can walk from soho to paddinghton if you like walk takes about 30 minuts is not far.

Yes the tube closes around 12.30 ish but it should only take around 20-25 Min's or if you are travelling late at night maybe the number 7 bus might be a better alternative, It might be quicker and you don't have to muck about changing tube lines.

Might be worth considering walking it - Along Oxford Street to Lancaster Gate and then its about 200yrds to Paddington
