No...and i don't wanna know what you pecker looks like dude if you think it looks like a necktie...a necktie is more of a symbol of power and masculinity, thats why worn by mostly bosses. (that are men) p.s...a man wearing a necktie can be very sexy.

I doubt it. Historically, neckwear was functional; strips of cloth were worn around the neck to prevent irritation caused by coarse or dirty collars rubbing against the neck's skin. These strips could be changed daily and washed often, unlike the rest of clothing, which was largely woolen.
