I'm not sure what you're asking... are you asking for validation on your decision to leave? If the marriage is that bad, then leaving might be the only answer. However, I believe in sticking it out and trying everything to make it work until I realize that nothing will help. Have you done this? How long were you married. More details are needed really to get a good answer.
