I've only had it about 8 times, so I'm not really sure on the up and downs of the situation. Anyone who can help (and does), I am thankful.

Count from the day that you start and count 28 days and that should let you know when you should be due the next month.

Most women follow a 28 day cycle. Your hormones don't follow the gregorian calander. Your body can start at any time. It doesn't have to fall on the first. It's not even worth a second thought. A 28 day cycle will rotate throughout the year. SOmetimes at the beginning of the month, sometimes at the end, sometimes in the middle. Don't worry.

Completly normal for the first year or so of mentrating.. Even after that your cycles can be anywhere from 20-30 days apart. (even though 28 is most common) I have mine ever 24 days, so mine are never in the same time of month and every so often twice in the same month.

No, it's not abnormal...and especially since you've just started getting your's. Sometimes the ovaries will release an egg sooner. If this happens more than 2-3 times per year, then see a gynecologist. But, otherwise I wouldn't worry.

Wha you first start getting your period, i most likely will not be on any kind of schedule yet. You may get it in the usual 28 day cycle or it may be very speratic. Getting on birth control will make it very contolled and you will know exactly when you will be getting your period. It will also make you cramps and pms lighter and your peroiod smaller and lighter as well.

It's normal, especially during the first year, to have abnormal periods. Don't worry, you're fine.

anything is always normal... i dont think the "period" carries a calander around and knows exactly when to come out.

Well it depends on your normal monthly. Unless this is your first period.

Your period is on YOUR personal cycle....not the calender cycle.
