YES!!!! i have been on my job for 15 months and have not received a raise yet. I have only called off once and have been late only one time (put my car in a ditch), i come in every time i am asked and i think i do a pretty damn good job!! I would quit but the job is awsome and i get to play on the internet all day and talk to people (which i love doing). This company i work for is not in the slightest hurting for money and gives raises to its employees across the board but i was "forgotten" about again! I get forgot about every time something good happens to every other employee because i am in an office by myself. Yes i run the entire office alone while all the other plants have two or more girls in each office!!!
Thank you....i needed to vent!!

All the time on here. I've recieved countless violations for stuff everyone else does all the time. But I'm the only one that receives violations.

if you are being picked out of a crowd, then you are not being slighted. maybe you are being picked on.
being slighted means being ignored, unnoticed.
