I have a 17 year old son 6'1 eats us out of house and home. about 160.00 per week.

I would say it averages $200 but that includes wine which I do like a lot!
We are three in my family, and I have to admit that I spend more than I should because I buy pre-packaged stuff quite a lot instead of making it from scratch because by the time I get home from work and help my kid with homework, piano practice and voice exercies, etc., there's no time for anything that takes preparation.. Also, I buy just about everything at this one store so cleaning supplies, light bulbs, etc. are included in the total.

I'm a single 23 year old...and I live with 3 boys, so I usually keep that in mind and I try to eat healthy, so fresh fruits, veggies, low fat products etc...so I normally spend anywhere from 30-45 dollars a week on groceries...in college it was only about 20 a week...but then again it was all junk!!
the more healthy you shop, the more it will cost!

Wow that is alot. You need to budget more lol.
I spend a 30 to 40 a week. I try to get the sales. But I am only feeding 2 people.
About 200 a month.

Family of 4, including 3 y.o.
Was over $800/mo, but now about $760.
My wife buys healthier foods, but we also get organic beef from farm.
No soda, no beer. Some entertaining of friends.

My wife and I shop every 2 weeks because that is how I get paid, but we spent about $168 and that was with meat and shoes and paper and folders and ....well you get the idea. Wasn't just food we bought.

Well with a family of 7 we spend alot I'd say about $165.00 a week. and thats just groceries. We spend about $50.00 for Shampoos, conditioners, soap, toothpaste, hair spray, mousse, makeup, gel, tioletpaper, napkins all that stuff.
