Well It seems the story is about Britain as they listed the estimated monetary debt in pounds. But if you really want to move to Canada to avoid college debt remember what just happened at Dawson College in Montreal. There is always something going on somewhere in the world.

Try investing. Then you won't have to worry about being in debt because you'll be the one making money and determining your financial future and not hoping and wishing that the government takes care of you.
