the felt idea would work. another simple trick would be to get some rubber dishwashing gloves, cut them into sheets, and place the sheets in between the joints....like the felt technique, you're going to have to basically break your bed down then pt it back together just lay the sheet in between the wood, put it back together then use a razor to shave off any excess material. i wouldn't go dousing any wooden furnature of mine with oil if i were you.....yeh it might stop the noise, but it's going to both stain your furnature, and depending on what kind of oil you use...possibly begin to deteriorate the wood.

the wood is dyed out add moisture ti the air tighten the screws or re glue the joints. if needed after the wood get the moisture it needs
