I am looking for a nice bright or pastel crochet blanket fairly large in size. I have been looking on e-bay and they are far to expensive at auction, I cannot crochet myself so pattern ideas wouldnt be any good has anyone got any ideas where they can be bought from at a reasonable price thanks

if you popinto a localnursing home, there are plenty of old girls who would love to take up the challenge and fill their time. i work in one so give one a call and offer to make a donation to the residents fund , i'm sure they'll be happy to oblige

If you provide me with the wool and tell me how big you want it, for a small fee I'll make you one. I made them for both my children when they were small, and my youngest still has his, and he's about to become a father himself!!
