It's the reward system for something as simple as answering questions, which most of us like to do because we can't keep our big mouths shut. Finally, a place that gives you something for blabbering. Of course, then there's the level status, as if we're all on some spaceship and have clearance to certain areas.

I don't know. I guess people including me, just like answering questions, asking them, and like to hear other peoples point of view.
