I am in Iraq right now and all I can think about is sex, I am 22yrs old and I know it is normal but it is all the time my work has me talking and doing things with women. (old or young) when I see a women I get this feeling it is bothersome it effects my work I do my best to block it out but it isnt working the first glance at a women and it is SEX nothing else that to me is both rude and stupid. Anyone have anything I could do to keep my mind on the mission and not the women. I do watch movies read books and things but I am out of ideas.

First it is normal to have sex on your mind at this age. When you see a woman think about your mom or sister that might stop you thinking about sex. I mean when you look at them think they are related to you. Also if you keep busy and work on something complicated to keep your mind busy. Like try to solve a problem like this one. A man has 42 cows that he must tie to 7 post the problem is he must have an odd number at each post with no cows remaining. No post can have an even number. If you try to figure this out it may keep your mind occupied for awhile. The only other solution is to get married and have sex a lot of it then maybe your mind will calm down. Good Luck

Many young men have the same issues so don't feel as you are alone in this.It sounds as if this has taken over your self. Well it is time for you to fight back and take control. You are a 22 Year old MAN and you can control your sexual desires. You have to wake up every morning saying this day is mine and nothing can stop me from having a great day. Keep you mind on trying to stay alive over there. Remember, it is more difficult to run, crouch, and generally do most physical activity with an erection. If you get it shot off while your mind is wandering, what good is that going to do you when you get back to the States.

well are you in the army? if you are you should ask or beg someone high up for some potasium nitrate that will supress those urges well at least the boners and if the offices dont give it to you try the internet or local markets what ever you do get that stuff
