Sounds like the pain you are feeling is due to your uterus stretching to accommodate your growung baby. It is common for some women to have increased vaginal discharge throughout their pregnancy. However, if it is more than 2 tablespoons, has a fowl odor, or has a tinted color of anything other than clear or white, definitely contact your doctor asap. Your bac can be hurting because of the strain on your back muscles that loosen during pregnancy to help support your growing belly and easy the softening of your pelivs. I am 9 months pregnant rigth now and am due any day, phew !!!! So, I know how you feel; I went through the same thing. But, if you are really concerned, don't stress yourself out wondering, go to your OB and tell her/him. They can do a cervix exam or any other testing which can help put your mind at ease.

It could be part of the mucous plug, however the mucous plug usually has reddish tint to it because of the blood. You could just be having discharge-- it tends to increase in the 3rd trimester. Also the pinching cramps in your vagina is due to the extra pressure the growing baby is putting on your body. Babies should be head down around this time, so that's normal as well. If you start to get cramps all around your uterus that are not Braxton Hicks, then call your OB. and talk to her about it.

This is not bad! Losing your cervical plug could mean that the baby is coming out prematurely. Your baby can survive at 28 weeks, but needs to be placed in an incubator for a little longer than usual babies!

You could be in premature labor. Please call your doctor right away. There are medications that can be administred to slow, if not stop labor.
My sister was pregnant with twins and wasn't due until late February. She started having premature labor around Thanksgiving. They were able to slow the contractions but she gave birth in early December. Her girls were in intensive care till January but are doing well now and will be 3 years old this December

My mucous plug has spots of blood in it I don't think its your plug I would call the dr. to go in for an exam to see if you are dilating and if the baby is turning. Good luck and let us know what the Dr. says.

I hope that you mean that you are 38w1d because if you were 28w you would definately be at the hospital if you are seeing any types of signs of going into labor.
but that does sound like it's the mucus plug slowly going.
goto the ER or call your doc because if you are feeling the pinching it may be your cervix dilating!

You could lose you plug around your 6th month of pregnancy it is pretty normal so is the pinching sensation.
Babies will turn head down, sideways, head up they will turn around up to the date of delivery, hurts like hell and uncomfortable, but normal. My son laid sidways on top of my bladder my whole pregnancy. Even when i went in for my ultrasound the tech tried to get him to move by wiggling my stomach and poking me but he did not move, he moved finally when i was in labor but still laid close to my bladder, i had to pee everytime i had a contraction, it was hell.
Stay calm and be prepared for the birth sometimes they come early. Good luck!

OMG, tons of people have already told you in your previous posts to go to the dr, what are you doing still sitting in front of the pc? I'm starting to think you just want attention. If you were really concerned you would've gone to the dr by now

I don't think that it's your mucus plug because it's too early in the pregnancy. If you have severe back pain, you should call your doctor & explain everything that's going on. Good luck hun!
