I think that Trivium is the best metal band in the world ever but am wondering if there is a band that has more speed, more technicality, more rockiness!

Yes, of course there are. Trivium are very good, but there are better. Metallica (in a magazine the guitarist of Trivium said he's been and still is really influenced by Hammett from Metallica), if you like speed also try Dreagonforce, great are also Opeth (if you like some brutals every now and then), Pantera, Dream Theater, Maiden and so on.....

Metallica are the best metal band Ever. Never heard of a Trivium...sounds like a game to me.

I don't know about technicality, but I've always though Machine Head were a thousand times better than Trivium. Then again I'm not into all that solo nonsense.

Sadly Enough most of the bands mentioned by the other answers are hard rock rather than metal.....try these for real metal....

I also like trivium and ventured out into the wilderness of the 'metal' music i found these bands quite good:
Bullet for my valentine (they sound emo but they are good)
Chimaira
Disturbed
Metallica (definitely master of puppets)
System of a down.
There are many others just experiment.
All these bands are a like trvium, although some of them are not metal they are nevertheless just as good. Dont judge a book by its cover!! hope you like the music.

Yeah. L7, Pantera, Corrosion of Conformity, Suicidal Tendencies, Biohazard and many other. But not Trivium!

I'd say there are a couple that are much better. In fact, even D.R.I's "Crossover" album has more charisma than Trivium.
I'm a bit of a fundamentalist though. I can't see how it is theoretically possible to top Slayer's "Hell Awaits" or even Metallica's "Ride The Lightning.
