Nobody in this world can view your webcam without your permission... many softwares claim that they can but they cant do that, its for the publicity of their product they are saying like that...
myself had done a full research on all the softwares and i found out no body can view any webcam without permission....
While using webcam for personal purposes, do be offline, so that you appears offline, bcoz there are softwares by which one can knw whether you r online or not..
If you appears online then they can ask for permission, and if you accidently presses the yes button, then they can view it, bt after that they can remove their name from the viewers list, so that in your cam it vl appear broadcasting only to 1 viewer, who is legally watching your cam... the other can watch it without you knwing it...
Then while using webcam always remember to set your webcam preferences, to always ask my permission....
By doing all dis no body in this world can view your webcam without your permission.... hope you got wat you exactly want to hear.....

Yes if you had a trojan horse installed on your computer a Hacker
who has remote access to your pc can view your webcam.
