They're about $2-$3. You can take your heels to any shoe repair store (they can usually be found in the mall). I don't know what they're called, but tell them your problem and they'll put on the stick-on's for you.

I think they're called sandal heel strap non-slippage devices.

They sell it on Nordstrom.com. I'm not sure what they are called - but just type in "sandal straps" in the search line and it should bring it up.
