You should aim for a brisk walk. This is a 14-15 minute mile.
A 12-minute mile is practially a jog. So these posters who are telling you 10 minutes, or 5-7 minutes are clueless.
Most people walk a 19-20 minute mile and this is too slow for most health benefits. But any walking is better than no walking.

Walking at a descent 4 miles per hour comes out to 15 minutes. If you're doing a heavy jog should be 8-10 minutes, if you're hardcore you can finish them in 5 or 6 minutes.

Depends on how fast you walk and the size of your steps. I would guess somewhere around 10 minutes.
