Make sure you are not drinking too much caffeine . A lot of people may suggest taking vitamins but they forget that vitamins are a supplement so eat healthy. Try to get a little exercise even if its a walk before of after dinner. If that doesn't work you may need to get a blood test to make sure nothing else is going on.

Avoid Caffeine and Aspartame like the plague!!!!!!
Drink at least 2 litres of bottled still mineral water a day (it is not a hype as some will suggest). Avoid fizzy drinks.
It sounds like your conversion rate of calories to energy has been compromised. Often your system can become overstressed when trying to deal with something which you might not even be aware of (no physical dissorders etc). Any chemicals will only serve to make the situation worse.
I used to suffer from the same thing, and it just kept getting worse. I can't name the products that sorted me out in here for legal reasons, but if you want some information you can always contact me.
All the best.

take antioxidants (vit A, C, E), B-complex, Omega 3, and Siberian Ginseng. I recommend Nutrilite. I used to feel tired all the time to but I don't anymore since I took Nutrilite. They also have a fab product called Double X. Asafa Powell takes that and that's why he's the fastest runner.
Go to www.nutrilite.com for more information. It's not sold in the shops though (other brands aren't quite the same) so if you want to buy, send me an email and I'll find out for you.

First thing you want to do is take a pregnancy test, just because most women feel very tired in the first trimester, if that is neg then you may want to see your doctor and ask to have your blood count checked. People that are anemic or have low blood count are usually always tired. Good Luck!

Try taking a multivitamin and eating healthy. Also make sure you are getting enough fluids. I used to be tired all the time until I started taking one a day women's and making sure I ate meals. If your tiredness doesn't improve see your health care professional for a screening, there may be underlying health issues.

It can honestly be so many things. Talk to you doctor. Some of the things it could be are: current medicine you're taking, sleep apnea, anemia, thyroid issues, depression. I had this issue and it took some time to sort through to the root cause. Good luck.

Anaemia? - heavy periods - insufficient iron and B12 and folate
Depression?
Dietary insufficiencies?
Thyroid problems?
Review your diet, eat some red meats or lots of green leafy vegetables. Consider taking some iron/B12/folate supplements.
Consider seeing your doctor if it persists in being a big problem!
