We live in Spring Hill Florida.
Anywhere in Hernando County would be helpful.
Legal of course.
Also would like to know of any place that you can bring your own gocart and ride on a paved surface.

If you wanted to make a trip of it the Uwharrie national forest in North Carolina (central) is a wonderful place. Free camping (primitive though) well stocked outpost and 19 miles of marked off road trails as well as swimming in the river or lake, fishing you get the idea. no pavement

I would say a Go Kart track would be the best place. You dont want to ride those things on public streets.

up and down the sides of rural roads and in farmers' back pastures. the rural folk just love that afternoon roar of open pipe exhausts. the horses and other livestock love it too.
