I agree. Somehow the clown got elected twice. Both times under highly suspicious and disputed circumstances. Our greatest enemy is the mass of people that give allegiance to government no matter what government does.

It's too late for constitutional rights. Technically, we have none. Unofficially, we are all slaves to the central bank, the private Federal Reserve.
In 1933, Congress sold us out and the whole United States as well as the people were mortgaged to the Bank, to pay the federal government's debts. The Bank didn't require that much at the time, but they continue to squeeze us, using the non-gov't Internal Revenue Service.
Also, in 2000, Gore actually won the election, but the use of dishonest people in Florida and the Supreme Court ensured that Bush would occupy the president's chair. Apparently, he was more qualified to represent the Zionist's interests...
If you think you have "constitutional rights", try demanding to exercise them in a courtroom and see how long it takes for the judge to threaten you or tell you he doesn't want to hear it. The courts have an Admiralty jurisdiction, (law of the high seas) not based on common law, as in the U.S. Constitution.

Sorry dud.
The American people voted Bush into power twice. This means that he is the authorized head of Government.
You have no constitutional right to act against the government other than at the ballot box. So next election day, stop watching the Simpsons and MTV long enough to do something, rather than blaming other people for your problems.

We actually live in a republic, not a democracy. We elect officials who act on our behalf. Your opportunity to make a difference comes with grassroots movements (legally), a vote, a petition, a successful referendum. Your job is to speak out against attrocities without violating the law. Or, change the law or challenge it through the judicial system.

The US is now a sovereign country, under a constitution. It provides for elections. The thing to do is vote the Republicans out.

Your ideas are seriously lacking in any sense of reality...
Get some education and use a bit of common sense...
