I'm not sure about your area but I know the Payless here in town sells shoes in that size.

Try www.zappos.com.. they have all kinds of shoes in all kinds of sizes... you may have better luck than in a retail store.. store are only gunna carry the most common sizes.. they don't wanna get stuck with a bunch of inventory they can't move..
