From Bath Spa take the First Great Western service to London Paddington. Change at Paddington for the Bakerloo line service to Oxford Circus, then take Central line to Tottenham Ct Road. Bath Spa - Paddington. Then down the district line - Notting Hill and change onto the eastbound Central line. Alight at Tottenham Court Road and walk the rest.

Waterloo is actually nearer, its then only 3 stops on the Northern Line.
Victoria you would have to change maybe 3 times, Kings Cross is easy, Paddington you would have to change a few times.
Do a search for tube map on google and see for yourself. Oh and yeh it is Tottenham Court Road you need

For a trip of utter nostalgia take the Cathedral Express steam train from bath to Clapham Junction. Then you are at liberty to travel to either London Victoria or London Waterloo. From Waterloo you can take the tube to Tottenham Court Road on the Northern Line

Take the 125 from Bath spa to Paddington,
Take the Bakerloo line from Paddington to Picadilly CIrcus and walk up shaftesbury Avenue ( 10 mins Max ! ) and it tis on your right hand side.

Covent garden is the nearest underground station to soho, bath spa trains go in to paddington

I think going to paddinton is the most direct rout from bath spa, you may have to do more tube changes but this would probably be the easiest and the cheapest way.
