having trouble installing a pci video card, a ati radeon 9250 pci 256 mb, i have set bios to pci video. I have no picture/display, but yet no beeps indicating no video card or trouble with it. has any one run across this or has any other suggestions. I have tried loading it with another card(an agp). it starts normally but still doesn't id the card. i have an older board an intel d815eea, running a p3 866mhz, 512 mb memory. Help!!

With PCI Video, make sure you have the Video card in the 1st PCI Slot. Also check the mobo manual to make sure if there is a jumper which must also disable the onboard video.

Lastly, take the new video to another machine to see if the problem persists there as well.
