Normally human nuclei have a single nucleolus, but the number of nucleoli vary with the metabloic state of the cell, like during replication there is an increase in nucleoprotein synthesis, so the size and number of nucleoli increase, likewise in malignancy, again due to irrational increase in nucleoprotein synthesis, the nucleoli become larger and more prominent

The terms are nucleus - plural nuclei; and nucleolus, plural nucleoli. A nucleolus is contained within the nucleus. Depending on the type of cell, the nucleus may contain no nucleolus; one; or several.

There are three particles to a nucleus. The proton (positive), electron (negative), and neutron (neutral). Here's a link that might help to better explain the rest.

A nucleolus is just another way of saying nucleus. Any cell, animal or plant has only one nucleus.

Unfortunately "nucleolous" and "nuclous" are not words. Therefore, nobody knows what you are talking about.
