There are several disorders of the sinus tract, so we must define the problem a bit more.
Infections such as sinusitis or abscesses require antiiotics and often surgery.
Allergies which can swell the sinus membranes and cause head "stuffiness" and sneezing, etc. can be treated with antihistamines. (Antihistamines are commonly considered a drug but some natural substances have an antihistaminic affect The ones I can think of off the top of my head are not particularly safe, and are far more dangerous than over-the-counter medications like Benadryl/diphenhydramine.).
Foreign bodies in the sinus tract - kids do the strangest things sometimes. I've found things in people's noses that would curl your toes. It's almost always kids.
Sinus polyps - Not very common in this age group but if the problem doesn't resolve, then tests might find a problem like this which could require inhaled nasal steroids or surgery if they are large.
Malignant tumors - Rather rare, but they do happen and cannot be ignored. If problems are continual, if they persist for an unusual length of time, see the doctor.
In addition, often people refer to sinus problems when they really mean nasal problems. In this case, allergies, infections, foreign bodies, polyps, and tumors still need to be considered. Also, a condition known as vasomotor rhinitis can occur. This is often seen as sneezing and/or runny nose with a change in temperature or humidity.
If you are more than a little concerned about this problem, see a competent doctor.

"Sinuforte"(a herbal medicine) which has a localized effect on the parasympathetic endings, causing abundant secretion. It simultaneously stimulates the motion of the ciliated epithelium in the sinuses, especially in the principal and ethmoid areas, and evacuates the sinuses, which are thus cleansed. As a result, drainage significantly improves and sinus aeration is restored.
2-3 days of use are often sufficient to achieve a significant therapeutic effect.

There are many options.
1. Get a surgery done for straightening of the nasal bone.
2. Get him done a haircut. Let the hair be short. No long ones pls........
3. If you are indian, you might be knowing about the Siddha treatment. It is slow but works.
I'd prefer a haircut because that considerably reduces the chances of frequent common cold.
