For some reason decaf taste better but regular always helps you stay up

If you don't need the boost from caffeine, drink decaf. If that doesn't matter to you, there are many more variates and flavors in regular.

Decaf coffee has a lack of flavor...I won't drink it...
It would follow then that the caffeine in the coffee is what gives coffee its wonderful flavor...

Regular. They both taste like coffee, but one doesn't have any caffeine. Other wise, what's the point of drinking it without an uplifting benefits.
