No.
In countries with less sunlight, the evolved populations have lighter skin -- which suggests that melanin is for blocking out sunlight, and has nothing to do with vitamin production. To the contrary, lighter skin would allow more absorption of sunlight, and thus more vitamin production.
You'll find genetic diseases in all populations. In Africans, sickle-cell anemia is a common genetic problem.

Melanin has never been a factor in introducing any other genetic effects. Besides more melanin has been stated to have a higher occurrence of genetic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and sickle cell anemia. The list goes on, But you continue to spout off annoying questions and racist comments until MLK rolls over in his grave. I still believe in his "I have a dream speech" Do you?

Or; is someone with less melanin pigment really stronger genetically? Like the loss of hair...is hair necessary like it once was? Is that person of higher evolution than those with hair all over their body?
Pigment is not as necessary as it once was? We stay indoors most of the time, we take vitamins, we have SPF lotions...in 2000 years will we need it at all? Hair?
Theory of evolution???

Just what are you "Ancient Master" of? By reading all of your other questions, it seems as if you are trying to start a racial argument. It doesn't seem to be working very well. I believe it is because no one really understands your questions.

What about Vikings? They were about as fair skinned as you could get but no one kicked sand in their face.

I can't see how that's possible seeing that african americans are born with it. Try asking a question that doesn't make you look like a jerk.

i've known multiple albinos, and none of them seemed to have any kind of physical weakness.
in fact, i knew an african-american albino, and he was on the football team.
