I use them just like any other shoe, I wear them until they aren't any good anymore (no tread) and then I get a new pair. Does it happen to take a year, just like regular shoes? Yes.

If my shoes are worn out, I throw them away. But if I had a pair of Crocs I'd throw them away immediately. They're the worst shoes on the planet. I will never understand that trend.

I own a pair of crocs and I can't see them lasting for that long, so I think that I will be tossing them and purchasing a new pair. But I would say that they're just like any pair of shoes you own, the more you wear them, the more tear on them. So then if you wear them often, then you'll prolly need to replace them sooner. Its really a matter of how you care for your shoes.

Assuming you had a pair, why would you want to throw them away after spending so much money? Just hose them down and store them for next year. I personally don't like them. If I was given a pair, I'd give them away.
