Some have periods all the way through pregnancy. I work in a GP surgery. We have ladies coming in who didn't even know they were pregnant giving birth.
Every one is different there isn't a right answer

Anywhere from 3-5 months depending on the woman. You should see a doctor right away and get tested. This way you know for sure and also to see the health of the baby. Goodluck.

It's different for everyone. Go to Walmart or somewhere and get an over the counter pregnancy test. I used ClearBlue Easy to find out if I was pregnant with my daughter. Worked great.

To show physically - that depends on the person. I was showing in my second month (for my first) but it took until my 6th month to show with my second.

To show on a test - find one that predicts pregnancy early.

It depends on whether there is one or more babies. I started showing in 8 weeks, I was carrying twins.

EITHER GO TO THE DOCTOR OR GO BUY ONE OF THOSE 'KITS'-- IT WILL GIVE YOU THE ANSWER WITHIN MINUTES AND NO MORE 'GUESSWORK'!
