ASian countries as well. The Japanese were neither better or worse than other nations who have gone into aggressive wars.

Just like every culture in the world japanese had slavery. Just like in India people were divided into clans the most common for slaves were- tomobe, kakibe, mikosro - people of these clans belonged to their better off countrymen.
the most widely spread clan was tabe- agriculurers
