Your problem statement is not clear. Do you mean

1/[4sqrt(1400)] or (1/4)sqrt(1400)?

The prime factors of 1400 are 2, 2, 2, 5, 5, 7 so you can bring a 2 and a 5 in front of the radical sign.

sqrt(1400) = 10sqrt(14)

Your answer would be 1[40sqrt(14)] or 5sqrt(14)/2

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. And is it t=¼sqrt(1400) or t=1/(4*sqrt(1400))?
