I had this call in my absence. Where does it come from in the uk. Is it a mobile phone ?

Landline number for central London - as you get farther out of London, the code changes to 00-44-208... In England, of course, you would be able to connect to this number just by ringing 0207...

its a london number on mobiles, if its not one of your address numbers they appear like that 00 44 is standard and they drop the first 0 hence 00 44 207 is would be 0207 example

00 44 151 would be 00 44 0151

It's a UK landline. 44 20 means landline. 44 77, 44 78, or 44 79 are generally mobiles.

The centre of London - if you dial it from a UK landline it'd start like; 0207 - and then another 7 digits.
