I'm 5ft2, my shoulders are 15 inches from tip to tip. No, I don't think I have wide shoulders. I wish I could say the same for my hips lol. HTH : )

Wide enough to hang those arms to give you a big huh when you need one! Length would vary from women to women, the length will fall any where between half a feet to 3 feet!
