Babymen- fully grown adult men who have bald shaved heads & wear the same clothes as toddlers, white trainers, 3/4 length trousers, sportswear tops...
They look like giant babies, are they a purely British phenomenon? do other countries have babymen?

Argh - I know exactly what you mean, but I never realised there was a name for them! I worked for a British one a while ago (pale blue Kappa top, oversized combats), but have recently met a South African one (baggy jeans, shaved head and no neck and a PINK fleece I ask you...) so can assure you that there are babymen in other parts of the world.
They're spawning!

OMG! You just described my English cousin to a T! Except he isn't quite bald, he has a super short buzzcut. ROFLMFAO!
In this part of the states at least, he's unique. Most guys wear the short pants, but with T-shirts, sandals and long hair.

Admitantly, I have not acctually seen such a thing, but will probably see it as soon as I go out the front door if your claims about them breeding are correct.
Its fascinating the ways some people dress, but I have a severe cheek to talk about anyones dressing style.

They are in lots of countries these 'babymen' my cousin in Australia calls them 'toddler twerps', I think they are really funny and look like clones, but the funniest ones are those that have sticky out ears with diamond earrings in, do they look like aliens on drugs or what.

Yes I know a French one - though I am British. he wears jeans with an elasticated waist (baby jeans) and they are pulled quite high up. Makes me feel very sick.

there are grown men that act and dress like children in every culture. No culture is immune from men that failed to grow up and act like adults.
