Our principal would like to reward our students when they meet their schoolwide reading goal, by doing something cool, crazy, or that requires bravery- nothing embarssing though. I need lots of ideas to choose from. Elementary school appropriate.

Have a drawing of names & the lucky student chosen gets to "Pie" him at an assembly.

Get him to "explode" with happiness, what you need is a mannequin, dress him as the principal would dress, sit the kids far from the podium so that they won't distinguish the real principal from the fake one, the principal tells the kids that he is so happy about them reaching the goal that he feels he could explode and then the mannequin pops and confetti comes out of it. (that's over the top I guess)
Another thing he can do and kids will always appreciate is organize a fun field trip for the kids or a visit from someone the kids admire as a reward for having reached the goal, dress as someone from the books they have read and have everyone in the staff in different costumes, plus get the kids to participate by dressing up as their favorite characters as well.

Rent a dunking booth and let the top 20 students get a chance at dunking him.Or have the top 20 students get a chance at throwing a pie(just filled with cool whip) at him.Let the students throw water balloons at him. Have him kiss a pig on the snout for 10 seconds.These are a few things my sons principal did..Good luck enjoy the fun.
