Officially I think a PGCE in any subject, specialise in secondary level. Then any experience you already have of wking in an adult sector. Your English should be at least a grade C level from GCSE.

Try visiting the TTA (Teacher Trainining Agency) website for more info. Also try GTTR website below. You mainly need a degree (hons) to start a teaching qualification and/or relevent work experience.

1-You have to have or find a lot of documents to teach them.
2-You have to study more, no small children in front of you to tell them please listen, be quiet.
3-You have to have or find english tests in varios subjects.
4-You have to be on time.
5-You should read and learn more, in various subjects even if you aren't interested in.
