what is worse would be to tell the secret after you were trusted with it. personally if someone wants to tell me a secret i say "no ty" especially if its about someone i know

Wow that is a tough one. It is horrible. It is definitely in the top 10. Good luck on that one. The only consolation I can give is the truth almost always comes out on its own. So hopefully you don't have to suffer for long.
