yes you can have sex with her and try different positions with her to find out which is the best for her. Only she would know the answer to that question. Congrats.

Yes, unless she is high risk, you can have sex until her water breaks...The best position my husband and I have found is on all fours from behind or her laying on her side...but it all depends on what she personally finds most comfy

It's safe in a normal, low risk pregnancy. However you have to understand the following:
1) your semen can/will cause her cervix to soften
2) her orgasms trigger contractions, and sometimes can lead to real labor contractions

You can up until her water breaks.
You just have to try different position to see what woks best for her.
