approx 140 ft of pipe in basement perimeter with 4 in diam ends dumping into a sump with sump pump

4" line is big, Money wise, I would probably try a Blow bag first. The one that hooks to a water hose, when the pressure builds in the bag, it swells to force water thru the pipe. If that doesnt work, Break down and pay to have the line cleaned with a Hydro-jet. Most plumbing companies have these now. That will range from $175 to $300. The bag is like $20. GL
