I think you want to know, who coaches or prepares you for application and entrance exams.
If so. You need to let us know, what subject and what level. B.S., M.S. or Ph.D.
This is based on my interpretation of Master. In some Indian languages Master means teacher, coach, preparer. It is an Indian usage of English word.
Please rephrase the Q? If require have some one help you re- phrase it.
This one is a clear case of language barear.
This is what you can do. Ask one of your teachers to guide you in this matter be very polite, use words like please.....................
Hope the teacher is able to speak same language as you can, then it will be very easy. Show the teacher this letter.
Call the colleges of your interest ask to speak to some one, who speaks your language. They know the people who provide such services or run classes, they may decide to run them as a service to future students.
