How can anyone say that Hallowe'en is unimportant? It is one of the best holidays of the year, YOU GET TO DRESS UP for chrissakes! Yes, it desperately needs it's own category.

Halloween is not really a holiday per se to many people. A holiday is a special observance and in this country, it's about fun and games, not really an observance. Samhain however is a special observance but there are not enough practicing pagans that work for Yahoo!

It's probably because not enough questions are asked about Halloween to merit a category.

I never noticed - thanks for bringing that to my attention - maybe because it is a pagan holiday - I don't really know - write and ask them why there is not category for Halloween@!

I've seen that. I think it greatly (well not great) overlooked. I mean Earth Day has it's own catagory. It is very strange the way it happened.

Because if they had a category you wouldn't have had to ask the question!! Maybe they are just trying to generate more questions! :P
