She married her 12- year old brother, Ptolemy XIII.

She had a son, Caesarion, out of wedlock. It's believed that Julius Caesar was the child's father.

She later gave birth to twins, Cleopatra Selene and Alexander Helios. Their father was Marc Anthony. He married her and she gave birth to another son, Ptolemy Philadelphus. Unfortunately, he was already married to Cleopatra's half-sister, Octavia.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Octavia convinced Rome to declare war on Egypt.

Cleopatra was first married to her brother Ptolemy (not sure of which Ptolemy) as was the custom of the time. Then, she was married to Julius Ceasar, although that marriage was not recognized in Rome because Ceasar was already married. She was then alledgedly married to Mark Antony, although that was always a matter of debate. Mark Antony also had a wife back in Rome.
