Bellamai, I know what site you mean:) It is Fire Mountain Gems and Beads. Here's the site for that, and some others. Hope they help:) I guess you could also check out the sites for the different beading magazines, too.

Fire Mountain (firemountain.com, I think) and Lapidary Journal! Lapidary Journal is THE reference for anyone wanting to make jewelry of any kind. They have step-by-step instructions every month and several kinds of jewelry making info every month. Their web site is lapidaryjournal.com. Fire mountain sells beads through a catalog and web site, and they always have fantastic pictures of finished projects for you to see and get ideas from. Good luck - it sounds like you're a creative, cool person!

Michaels.com has a few animated lessons that are great for beginners and not so beginners. And if you check out their projects pages there A LOT of jewelery projects most of which has awesome step by step instructions.

Googling Bead projects hasa given me quite a few great results you jsut have to hunt for them. unfortunatly there arent a lot of free bead sites out there...

This is more of a bead reference for you and not a how to.

Oriental Trading Co. has a catalog that is dedicated to beads. The catalog is packed full and they are pretty beads too. Just something I wanted to pass along.

The link is below.
