I have a few suggestions that might work.
1. Do a google search of the persons name. Info may come up and give you the company they work for or a sports team that they are on.
2. www.switchboard.com you can enter someones name and state to see if an address and phone number come up.
3. http://www.birthdatabase.com/ Enter someones name. If they are in the records, their birthdate and zip code will come up.
4. If you have an idea which county they live in, you could see if there is a website to search court records or property ownership.
5. try http://www.zabasearch.com/

the only way to find him is to find him thru any of his relatives and friends and see if they know the number or address, anything that is useful. hope you find him. cheers.
